The chair is super comfortable. I'm 5'2" and my husband is 6'. Our butt sits in the chair in a slightly different area to allow the chairs natural curves to fit each of our bodies. The chairs are nice and sturdy, and the rubber on the curves keeps the chair from slipping while getting in and out. I love that it rocks with the slightest foot motion. We have the chairs poolside, and the mesh designs allows it to dry quickly. (Along with our suits.)Crestline's customer service was top-notch to work with. We had two "hiccups" along the way. The first was I received notification the chairs were delivered but they never arrived. They refunded us immediately which we used to purchase the chairs again, and they expedited shipping at no cost.Once the chairs arrived, I was excited to assemble. I didn't wait for my husband to get home, I went ahead and assembled myself. I'm a visual person and found the instructions most helpful and easy to follow. I was able to assemble both chairs in 30 minutes. The other hiccup I experienced was during the assembly of the final chair, one of the nuts within the support pole of the chair, spun every time I turned the bolt.I reached out to Crestline's customer service area again and explained my problem. They asked which part(s) needed to be replaced and sent a follow up with shipment tracking information. I think this goes without saying, but they replaced at no cost.Working with their customer service team via email was a dream. Always courteous, timely, polite, and professional. They were quick to respond and make things right! Thank you!
